Thirsty Traveller

No road to take

No time to make

No trip to plan

No friends at hand

A thirst for the road

A craving untold

Let’s just go I say

Work or responsibility

Come what may

If only it were easy

If I cared a damn

I’d be on my way

To watch the sun rise

On another land

But I care a damn

And so I call myself

The Thirsty Traveller
